Primarily the legal conditions of the trade and industry. He has worked up a considerate experience within special areas, however, generally he provides advisory services on commerce and company law.
Jens Jepsen is on the board of several companies and business funds.
Furthermore, he deals with sport, although now it is mostly his children he watches from the side line.
Special practice areas:
Commercial and company law, insolvency law (bankruptcy, liquidation, collection, suspension of payments, deed of arrangement in bankruptcy, reconstruction etc.), tax law, performs the functions of a chairman of the board, IT law, construction law and building activities/real estate and property projects (the legal conditions of the building industry).
Jens Jepsen has taken a separate supplementary education in tax law offered by the National Income Tax Tribunal, SKAT, the Danish Bar and Law Society and other organisations and he has passed the subsequent examination.
In addition to this he is extensively dealing with matters concerning law of torts and insurance law.

- Member of "Erhvervsudvalget" (insolvency law) a commercial committee under the General Council of the bar.
-Member of the Danish Ministry of Business Affairs and others' expert panel "Ask the expert" on www.startvækst.dk
-Member of Advokaternes Forening for Skatteret (Lawyers' tax law association)
-Member of the society "Bestyrelsesadvokater".
-Member of the Danish Society of Insolvency law and INSOL International.
-Member of the Danish Society of Sport Law.
-Member of the Socitey for Tort and Insurance Law.
Attorney-at-law Jens Jepsen is involved in the areas' spare time activities and business community, among other things he is on the board of Aabenraa Fjernvarme, Aabenraa Svømme- og Idrætscenter and others, just as for a period he was chairman of Aabenraa Shopping (The shopkeepers' society under "Aabenraa Erhvervsforening")
Jens Jepsen is a very popular chairman at various larger and smaller general meetings etc.
